You can return any item purchased on the e-store within 14 days from the delivery date by following the instructions below

Please verify that the product you are returning meets the following conditions
- The products must not have been used, worn or washed and, in any case, must comply with the conditions mentioned in the section on Compliance checks below;
- The products must be returned whole and unused in their original packaging;
Montblanc products must be returned in their original and unused condition, in perfect condition, with all protective packaging, labels and adhesives affixed to it (if applicable), including all accessories and documents . We reserve the right not to accept any returns of products which show signs of wear, or which have been used or altered from their original condition in any way, or, alternatively, to reduce the amount to be refunded or the value of the exchange, if applicable.
For example, we could opt for a partial refund in the following cases:
- the product(s) have been used, worn, damaged or washed;
- you have not returned packaging that is an integral part of a product (for example the dust bag, or storage bag)
You can use a carrier, for example Collissmo with insurance. (Boutique Naudin en ligne is not responsible for the theft or loss of the package during transport. This is why we advise you to choose a shipping service with tracking and insurance). Return costs are your responsibility. When we have received the product and carried out the quality control, we will credit your payment card for the amount due. If the product is damaged or destroyed, We will withdraw the repair costs from the refund.
Please note : there is no return possible for products that are not complete (warranty, missing instructions for use, etc.), products that are not returned in their original packaging and/or case, and items engraved and/or personalized.
