Montblanc Fountain pen (M) Writers Edition Tribute to Arthur Conan Doyle Limited Edition

The Montblanc Writers Edition Tribute to Arthur Conan Doyle Limited Edition is dedicated to one of the most famous writers of detective novels and creator of the legendary detective Sherlock Holmes. Made of precious blue-grey resin, it evokes the sinister and nebulous atmosphere of London where Sherlock Holmes conducts his investigations. The cap and body of this edition are decorated with a tartan pattern in reference to the detective's coat and parts of a historical map of the British capital. The initials JB are inscribed under the magnifying glass-shaped PVD-coated clip, in homage to Joseph Bell, the very real man who inspired the character of Sherlock Holmes. The cap of this edition is crowned with the Montblanc emblem in precious resin. The handcrafted 18 K (750/1000) gold nib is engraved with flying dinosaurs from the novel "The Lost World", around a portrait of Sherlock Holmes' father and Professor Challenger.
